Consistency at scale is hard to achieve — but it is what separates a good retailer from a trusted institution. As we expand into food manufacturing and household retail, my focus extends to building the supply chain, quality control systems, and operational frameworks that will support this growth. Every product we manufacture must clear the same bar as every product we stock. Every new retail format must deliver the same Al-Sater experience. Behind every smooth shopping trip, every well-stocked shelf, and every satisfied customer is a dedicated operations team that works tirelessly. I am honoured to lead them — and proud of what we build together every single day.

5+ years supermarket or retail management experience. Strong leadership, inventory control and store operations skills. Good English; Arabic an advantage.
2–3 years retail or supermarket supervision. Supervises staff and daily operations. Flexible for shifts, weekends and public holidays.
2+ years customer service supervisory experience. Excellent communication, conflict resolution and complaint handling to ensure customer satisfaction.
Degree in Business or Supply Chain with 3+ years purchasing experience. Strong negotiation, supplier management, Excel and inventory systems.
Warehouse or storekeeping experience preferred. Inventory control, stock receiving and issuing, accurate records. Physically fit for warehouse duties.
Retail or supermarket sales experience preferred. Friendly, customer-focused attitude with ability to meet sales targets. Rotating shifts.
Cashier experience preferred. Basic POS knowledge, strong numerical accuracy and cash handling, friendly service with attention to detail.
